Your satisfaction is our guarantee. We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For a refund or exchange to be given, the order must be returned. Please contact support to initiate the return process. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
If the item arrives damaged, you can request a refund or reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you may request a refund or reshipment. Pictures of the damaged item will need to be provided for all refunds or reshipments granted. If 45 days have gone by since your order has shipped and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds will be returned to the same method of order payment, or if chosen, by store credit that never expires.
All orders placed before 2 p.m. MST will be shipped out the same day. All orders can be changed or cancelled before the order is fulfilled. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or change it.
